Big and fairly quiet room, everything was good. Location very close to Subway, and the store. For tea or coffee visit Metro Cafe nearby. A storage space and coffee in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

I recently stayed at Extended Stay in Reston for a week-long business trip. The location was perfect, with a Target just a 5-minute walk away and plenty of food options like Chipotle, Chick-fil-A, and Starbucks nearby. The kitchenette in my room was a lifesaver, allowing me to prepare my own meals. The single room size was just right, and the internet speed was fast and reliable for my work calls and video conferences. Plus, being close to a bus station made getting around easy.

This hotel's better days are long behind it. It is in dire need of an upgrade. There are no extra pillows or blankets in the rooms, half of the outlets didn't work, one of the stove burners also didn't work and the a/c really needs to be updated. The pet charges are absolutely ridiculous, especially considering that the room was never visited by the cleaners and no mess was made by my crated dog. I would understand a lesser charge or refundable deposit. I was a repeat customer but I won't be going back again. The hotel now seems to attract drunken and disorderly customers. It's too bad as the staff are so pleasant.

Bed was to hard and the floor would have been more comfortable, kitchen light burned out, numbers on stove knobs worn off and impossible to see temp of burners, shower ran while trying to fill up the bath tub

Additionally, there are two restaurants, Chick-fil-A and Carrabas, right next to the hotel, providing easy dining options for guests. The hotel is also close to everything, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area. Furthermore, the kitchen area in the hotel is open even in the middle of the night, allowing guests to prepare meals whenever they want.

Room was convenient for the area I needed to be in. Room was clean but nothing special.

Couldn't find the coffee room. My bill was not placed under my door upon leaving. Lots of workers hanging out at check out and wasn't sure who was in charge? Left without bill and had to email after my trip.

Walkable in to Reston. Quick trip from airport. Clean, good amenities. Need to take a bus to nearest metro $1.75 and 1hr metro to DC.

The staff were not that well trained. My biggest gripe is that I extended my stay by one day and got charged twice. I'm still in dispute because the manager said charges to my Amex would be temporary and now I had a checked out bill the amount on my card would be adjusted later that week. Stilton done so now I've got to mess around emailing to get my refund.

We were extremely pleased with the friendliness of the staff at the hotel. They provided excellent hospitality and service. The location of the hotel was also a major highlight, as it was within walking distance of the Reston Town Centre. We loved being close to shops, restaurants, and other amenities. Additionally, the rooms had a great layout, facing into a peaceful courtyard. It was perfect for our out-of-town family visit to Northern Virginia.
